About Frontier Propane Frontier Propane is a non-profit cooperative formed in July 1999 to offer propane energy to East Central Ohio. The cooperative is owned by the members and is operated for the members on cooperative basis. The members interests are represented by a democratically elected Board of Trustees. The propane business office is located at the Frontier Power headquarters at 770 South Second Street, Coshocton, Ohio. Frontier Power will provide management, administrative, operating and other services through a management contract. As a member of Frontier Propane, you can expect prompt courteous service from experienced local employees.
